With Labor Day coming up, I wanted to share a photo of some grilled steaks I made recently to celebrate my 4 year wedding anniversary.

We kept it simple, and grabbed some New York Strips from Marsh. I lightly seasoned the steaks with Olive Oil, Garlic, Sea Salt, Cracked Pepper and Rosemary before setting them on the grill for 4 minutes on each side (for a Medium temperature).

Look at those grill marks!
